Now along with the increasing of screw pump occupancy ,more fault is coming forth in working .So it is necessary for the research on screw pump running condition to improve the technical level and economic benefit.Based on the statistical data of spot and consulting in the analysis means current. This paper is conclude the behavior form of running condition and describes the character of working condition, which include eight styles: the oil well in the normal production appearance, sucker rod breaking off, vitta breaking off, vitta leaking serious, vitta waxed badly, stator breaking off, stator wearing and tearing serious, oil well leaking, stator swelling after absorbing oik working parameter lower, working parameter lower. To increasing accuracy in screw pump running condition analysis, the running condition is diagnosed firstly using three index the yield, electric current and height of move liquid level. The oil well which is difficulty to ascertain the running condition first is diagnosed secondly using two index the torque and epaxial pulling. Besides,the index limit and behavior form of production parameter is summarized for each condition. Also,diagnosis principle corresponding is found. To calculate more precisely Based on the working principle of surface driving screw pump system, the theory of helical flow in annulus is introduced to characterize the fluid rule of liquid in annulus of screw pump, and the mathematical models for calculation frictional torque between sucker rod and fluid is presented, further more the calculating formula of loading torque and epaxial pulling on sucker rod is conclude in surface driving screw pump system when the pump being in gear. Based on the above-mentioned theories, programmed the soft ware to administer the working data and analyze the running condition by which.The erro of torque is 2.06 percnt and the according rate is 90 percent.
