The level of water injection for oilfield production is improving day by day with the domestic oilfield mass into the era of "water flooding" and constantly proven mining of low permeability reservoirs, we must take into account not only to reduce the energy consumption and balance water injection in the process of water injection operation but also to think about protection of layer and so on. So the water injection technology research and development to get more and more the attention of the relevant scientific and technical personnel.In this paper the layered water injection screw pump is driven by hydraulic.The technology has made the further research and development, which is involved for the dynamic fluid pressure adjusting of two layers of water injection. Referring to the structure of down-hole motor, mainly including the flow diversion and fall prevention assembly, screw motor assembly, lobe type couplings assembly, bearing assembly and screw pump assembly.Finally design scheme was completed and the design parameters were given, there are important guiding significance for the production and application of the equipment.Firstly, the paper completed the design of system structural layout, and optimization selection is the upper motor diversion; The type, and number of lines and and other structure parameters of screw motor and screw pump influence on the system, so the screw motor and the screw pump section linear theory analysis and optimization design were provided, and feasible optimized design scheme is presented.Used the optimized design scheme of the motor and pump, the paper studied theory of the dynamic parameters of matching between the motor and pump, and proposed the innovative matching theory and the calculation process for the first time. And used MATLAB software to programme about the system structure and matching design software, finally gavethe different flow rate and pressure regulating rate design examples by using the software.Completed the relevant theoretical calculation and combined with structure and matching parameters, the paper had designed structural drawing of each assembly and had selected screw-thread; Calculated the flow field parameters of the flow pass of the flow diversion and fall prevention assembly, main shaft and water injection pipeline used by fluid calculation software FLUENT, combined with the differential pressure of the screw motor and screw pump, the paper gave the calculation pressure date of the system nodes; Finally, the lobes of LTC, thrust bearings and rotating dynamic seal were selected, checked and analyzed,completed the design, calculation and research work of the whole screw-motor drives screw-pump in separated layer water injection system... |
