| Different from traditional mechanical oil extraction,screw pump is favored by petroleum workers because of its small size and convenient maintenance of supporting equipment.In the application process of mine field,it is also found that the complicated problems such as sucker rod breakage,pump leakage and stator swelling appear constantly,so it is very important to predict and diagnose the working conditions of screw pump.However,in actual production,the diagnosis method of screw pump wells often stays in the application of empirical method to qualitatively analyze the working conditions,and some new diagnostic methods also contain some empirical factors in selecting the threshold values of working conditions.In this paper,the daily composition of the screw pump well is briefly described.After careful study of the field measured data,the various operating conditions of the pump are analyzed in detail,and the characteristics of each working condition are summarized,as well as the form of expression on the curve.The cause of working condition and the characteristic value of each characteristic parameter are analyzed.Through selecting suitable characteristic parameter combination,the internal force of pump and rod column are analyzed,and a set of integrated diagnosis method of screw pump working condition is formed.With the aid of modern computer technology and radio transmission method,the test diagnosis method is introduced in detail,and several diagnostic models are created.In this paper,a new method of closed-loop synchronous testing is proposed.Using VB programming language,the "Synthetical diagnosis module of screw pump working condition" is developed for field condition diagnosis.The results show that the closed-loop synchronous testing method can effectively improve the diagnostic technology level of screw pump wells.By means of wireless transmission and big data analysis,the pump leakage and pipe leakage type of screw pump well are defined and quantitatively analyzed.The software compiled according to the model is applied in the field,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of the system is over 94%.It meets the requirements of the mine and has practical application value. |
