| The inspecting technique for dri-barrier mix(DBM) was studied deeply.After a lot of tests, the method of using the bulk density instrument was selected to inspect bulk density;The method of pounding was selected to inspect the packed density; For the thermal conductivity,using the parallel thermal conductivity instrument and adjusting the method of loading sample,it is more approaching the DBM's real bulk in aluminium electrobath; For the corrosion resistance to molten cryolitic bath,the method of using graphite crucible is considered best now.And these four kinds of methods were written in inspecting standard.After analysing DBM's composition,the fomer four kinds of inspecting standards were selected for inspecting PCE, A12O3, SiO2, Fe2O3. |
