Research And Development Of On-Line Inspecting System For Machining Center Based On Entity Programming

On-line inspecting is important one of the cell techniques, and it is the leading and hot issue inland and overseas today. The article studies thoroughly the technology of on-line inspecting on machining center Based on the entity, and develops a applied system of programming automatically, which can improve greatly the efficiency, reliability, and maneuverability of inspecting. The system can abstract geometrical and machining information of the workpiece on line on machining center, which is very important in such aspects as improving the machining precision and efficiency, developing the new production, remodeling the old production and copying the sample workpiece.The contents of the study are as follows:1. Some analyses have been done on the actual state of on-line inspecting and its application in actual producing course. Based on the trend of manufacturing through information, the method of object oriented programming automatically for on-line inspecting on machining center is studied, and the idea including simplification, customization, practicality and humanity is considered.2. Key techniques of the entity programming including layout the inspecting road, control the inspecting course etc is studied thoroughly, and a strong macro program-library is built and consummated.3. A deep study has been done on the method of programming on line based on the entity, and a reasonable exploitation platform is selected to design the software system.4. The entity programming system for on-line inspection is designed totally, and parameter programming, graph programming and character programming are integrated, which can complete on-line inspecting on machining center based on the entity.
