The Single Hydraulic Prop is the main Protection equipment of coal mine in our country. The qualities of the Sealing Monitoring decide the production safety in coal mine. The Low-pressure Sealing Monitoring System of the Single Hydraulic Prop can automaticly and accurately detect the sealing of the prop, so to greatly improve the working efficiency, improve the qualities of the Sealing Monitoring, and improve labor conditions as well.This Low-pressure Sealing Monitoring System of the Single Hydraulic Prop is based on PC and SCM system. and is mainly comprised of the pressure sensor, intelligent detector, display, the communication interface, computer, printer and connecting cable. The computer through the communication interface control all the intelligence And display, And the communication interface performs and detects the switch and the transform of communication datum, so to ensure the correct communication between computer and single-chip microcomputer. Each intelligent detector applies single-chip as CPU. The computer network examination system is composed of single-chip and computer and this network chooses the C language as its single-chip design language. According to the test program flowcharts, it can realize the design of main program, initial subprogram, multi-channel analog channels process selection and alarm program, etc. Testing System selects the UVision2 Keil software. It can undertake software source code level, test the debugging simulation by directly on the plate, and directly write into the memory unit such as an EPROM. The whole system uses distributed monitoring technology. These is no interference between each channel. The system can test each single hydraulic props at the same time, so to greatly improve the work efficiency.This Sealing Monitoring System of the Single Hydraulic Prop is a distributed monitoring system. The design and the choice of the system can realize real-time data transmission, reliable, and data processing, improveing the the precision and efficiency of the the monomer hydraulic prop sealing quality detection; and can perform automatic reset for the system in exceptional cases, and realize the automatic alarm. This system can be applied in each individual hydraulic prop manufacturers, maintenance centers, anticipates ore maintenance workshop etc.
