Design Of Intelligent Monitoring System For KJDT-3 Single Hydraulic Prop

The single hydraulic prop is important supporting equipment for coal mining,the quality of single hydraulic prop sealing quality,directly related to the safety of coal production,so the detection of single hydraulic prop sealing quality is particularly important.The design of single hydraulic prop intelligent monitoring system which is based on the detection of the sealing quality of single hydraulic prop is mainly introduced in this thesis. The monitoring system can set the time according to the intelligent controller to collect hydraulic prop pressure information to determine the hydraulic prop sealing quality, hydraulic system is composed of sensor, intelligent controller,communication interface and PC consists of four parts. The working process of the hydraulic pressure and the pressure sensor to collect information information is converted into a frequency signal after shaping the output to the intelligent controller,intelligent controller using single-chip frequency measurement method in frequency signal acquisition and conversion to the corresponding pressure sensor according to the relation between frequency and pressure value, when the intelligent controller detects single hydraulic pressure after the completion of the time chip start time, in the set time according to the collected pressure value to determine the percentage of hydraulic single prop pressure drop, in order to determine whether the qualified detection of single hydraulic prop. If the test is qualified to pass the instructions; if the test is not qualified, the unqualified sound and light alarm. In the detection process, the intelligent controller displays the pressure value, the percentage of the pressure drop and the detection time. The monitoring system of multiple intelligent controller and PC connected to constitute a distributed monitoring system via the 485 bus, each intelligent controller set its address by address encoding circuit, PC to communicate according to the address information with circular scanning mode and the intelligent controller. The detection process of each single hydraulic prop does not affect each other, and the detection of each single hydraulic prop can be seen by the host computer.The monitoring system to users from the quantitative angle, the sealing quality of single hydraulic prop automatic detection, accurate and timely, guarantee the pillar to support safety in coal mine, has the vital significance to the coal mine safety production.
