As preschool education, the cornerstone of school education and lifelong education, is an essential part of basic education, all levels of preschools both in city and countryside ought to implement quality education according to each school's reality and conditions to lay a solid foundation for children's lifelong development. Now that the education in preschools is all-sided and enlightening, the students majored in preschool education have to shoulder the significant task of fostering children's attainment in science. The new reform of basic education curriculum also requires normal schools to improve their students attainment in science. Currently, the reform of basic education is prosperous. However, the normal school education is obviously slow in response to the reform. Therefore, this topic aims to study extracurricular bioscience and technology activities in three aspects. Firstly, referring to the features of the course Biology in preschool normal education, this paper analyses and researches on different academicians'views on extracurricular bioscience and technology activities and sets the concrete objectives of extracurricular bioscience and technology activities in teaching the course Biology in preschool normal education. Next, based on students'geographical and cultural environment and the teaching resources both in and out of our school, this topic studies systematically the teaching material Biology by the People's Education Publishing House for preschool normal education and digs for the activities a number of materials which are collected, discussed and trimmed mainly by teachers and students. Thirdly, this topic explores the most suitable to such activities, designs teaching cases, conducts teaching practice and tries constructing the ways, the channels and the evaluation system of doing extracurricular bioscience and technology activities.Therefore, in allusion to the students'lack of scientific attainment, based on his own teaching experience of many years, the author of this topic systemically explores and practices extracurricular bioscience and technology activities in order to become an excellent teacher himself and offer new thoughts and ideas for the quality education in preschool normal education and some reference for most biology educators.
