In this paper, a cellular automata model is built to simulate the transmission process of SIR epidemic model.Based on this model,the spread process of swine influenza is simulated successively.Besides, the model can be adjusted to obtain better results according to the change of swine influenza.Especially the results of our model shows that isolation is effective to prevent the propagation of epidemic.The main ideas can be summarized as follow:In first section, we illuminate the basic ideas of the cellular automata,and give the structural elements and the boundary problem solutions of the cellular automata. In second section,we build the SIR epidemic model based on the theory of cellular automata,and give the rules of the movements about cells.In third section,we simulate the spread process of swine influenza,and analyze the given problems about the spread process of swine influenza.
