Complexity system is a consistent and complex entirety that takes shape by a number of relatively simple individual components due to the reticula function between these components.Complexity system covers a wide range,almost everywhere,including economic systems,social systems,engineering systems, biological systems,and so on.Studing complexity system discipline is regarded as Complexity Science.In the course of the study of life,life has always been considered to be the most complex problem.Biology has a large number of species and biological phenomena is very reticula,so biocomplexity system is also known as "complex giant system",which has the most complex complexity in all complexity systems.At present,the study of complexity system is not only the foreland and hot spots of system science as well as many other fields,which praised as 21st century science by many scientists.Consequently,conducting in-depth study on complexity system has great significance and promote the development of some cross-disciplinarys.In this paper,we adopt system simulation approach to study Biocomplexity System,have established some biological system dynamics simulation models based on cellular automata and have simulated their evolution behaviors on computer.The model that we have established in my paper is about Bacterial communication,the diffusion of excitation wave in medium,the dynamic behavior of fish and ant,which are all simulated on computer.We have found that the timing diagram acquired by system simulation is very similar with the real process,which indicate adopting system simulation approach to study Biocomplexity System is feasible.Besides, compared to traditional mathematical methods,it is easy to understand and achieve on computer,and simulation result is clear,vivid and convictive.Through observing and analysing the timing diagram acquired by simulating biocomplexity system,we found that biocomplexity system have the following several aspects of kinetic behavior characteristic:non-linear,the multilevel nature,open and dynamic.Innovation of this article is: ●We establish dynamic model of Biocomplexity System mainly baseed on cellular automata,which is a kind of grid dynamic model that has strong temporal and spatial characteristics and its time,space and state are all discrete.It's very suitable to use CA for the study of time-delay complexity system.Modeling is simple and easy to achieve on computer.In this paper,these features of cellular automata have been well embodied and exerted.●We study four representative dynamic models of Biocomplexity System(bacterial group,excitation wave in medium,Fish and Ant),which are closely related to our lives.We simulate their evolution behaviors by computer.We can observe the evolution process of these dynamics behavior and some common characteristics of Biocomplexity System from simulation results.
