Gypsum is a kinds of material which used to building and industry widely, and stores underground. It is mined largely because of its economic value, and then much goaf formed.Now a series of problem about geologic hazard emerged because of those goaf. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis its stability and research filling management technology.This paper take the goaf nearby Longfeng machinery factory for example. Through survey and exploration, the fundamental state is known. And then its stability and filling management technology are reached. the main works in this paper as follows:At first,based on survey at Shaodong gypsum mine, FLAC3D is used to simulate its mining subsidence.and the conclusion is used to evaluate the stability of the goaf from three aspects,which are the stability of mine roof and mine prop,ground deformation. On the basisi of comparison between conclusion of simulation and conclusion of survey,a conclusion that goaf is unstable can be drew.Secondly,Through comparative analyses several kinds of management method,the method of clay-hardening grouts could be used to manage the goaf. The key of filling management is determining curing agent and reasonable proportioning. Therfore single curing agent proportioning experimentation and composite curing agent uniform design experimentation are carried out,and the reslut is analysed. Based on these result,composite curing agent that comprises cement, gypsum and water-glass could be used to fill the goaf.Finally fining method can be divided into gravity feed and pump roof-contacted filling. Liquidity of fluid is evaluated by slump,because of different method need different liquidity.the optimal proportioning experiment of gravity feed and pump roof-contacted filling are carried out. These result is ansisied by neural network model and chaos optimization and to obtain the optimal proportion.Practice test that the optimal proportion of clay-hardening grouts for this goaf achieves good effect and economic benefit.
