Study Of Developing Seawater Desalination Circular Economy In Hebei Province

With the economic development of various countries, the supply of land freshwater has been increasingly tension. Thus, it is required to explore marine resources. But, in the process of seawater desalination, some solids, concentration seawater, many associated chemical elements and other materials will discharge. If such materials discharge freely, it will cause serious envirionment contamination inevitably. It means a great deal of beneficial resources which could utilization was waste. With the application of circular economy and other theories, this article research circular economy utilization of seawater desalination.Firstly, through the analysis of developing circular economy and seawater desalination industry in abroad developed countries, based on summarizing their successful experience, this article presents some enlightenments that could develop seawater desalination circular economy in China, which provide significant references to realize circular economy in seawater desalination industry in Hebei province.Secondly, through analyzing the situation of scarcity land freshwater in China and Hebei, combining seawater desalination resources situation of coastal regions in Hebei province, this article points out the characteristics and directions of seawater desalination circular economy in China. It establishes foundation for establishing guidance ideological, development mode and implement counter measures of developing seawater desalination circular economy in Hebei province.Thirdly, aiming at circular economy theoris mostly fasten on macro research fields, this article considers circular economy belongs to practical economy. Thus, based on some theories such as applied economics and management, this article put forwards concept system that could guide circular economy micro practice, which includes four concepts-depth, width, leavings and pertinence. This concept system has important guiding function which could guide implementaion direction and field of circular economy, and realize circular economy value maximization.Fourthly, appling circular economy new concepts that mentioned above, combining actual siustion of Hebei, this article puts forward resources types of coastal regions which could form seawater desalination circular economy and uses quantitative methods to establish evaluation model for judging the feasibility of carriying out seawater desalination circular economy.This article also puts forward the mode of establishing seawater desalination circular economy that bases on seawater desalination industry chain. Aiming at the reqire of this model, it presents systematically countermeasures of developing seawater desalination circular economy in Hebei province.
