As rich in fossils in Ningcheng County of Inner Mongolia, it had aroused wide concerns of scholars home and abroad in recent years. However, Quaternary geology of the region is almost not involved. This paper is mainly through the field geological mapping and regional geological survey of the area teams in the area, analyze the regional distribution of the Quaternary strata, draw a map of the region's topography, obtained climate change in the region since the Pleistocene through the sample and laboratory analysis of grain size and magnetic susceptibility of two typical loess sections.Ningcheng County lying west to east, mountains and crossed the western gully aspect, hilly ups and downs, the eastern plain flat open terrain, formed from west to east elevation decreased, " Five mountains four hills and one river " of the landscape. Vally landform is one of the importment landform in the study area. It develops around Laoha river and Kun river and their tributaries. There was an obvious development of the valley of the river floodplain and a river terrace. River floodplain in this area is widely distributed along the old Ha River, Kun Tau River Distribution. First-class order is accumulation terrace, the stage floor flat and very wide. Loess plateau in the area widely distributed. Mainly in the alluvial landscape Mizoguchi and gullies in red.The Quaternary strata are widely distributed in Ningcheng country. The Quaternary strata are terrestrial formation from the early Pleistocene to Holocene. They are mainly distributed in the piedmont region and valley and terrace area of Laoha river and Kun river. They are also distributed a few mountainous areas and hilly regions. Lithology of Databowusu group is sub-clay of brick red. It contains calcareous nodules and gravel. Its structure closely, not consolidation. Pleistocene strata of Ningcheng country is represented by Chifeng loess. It consists of sub-clay of brown red (the ancient soil layer) and brown Asia-silt layer (soil layer). The genetic types of Quaternary Pleistocene of Wu Erji group are complex, they are mainly consist of Aeolian and alluvial deposits. Holocene strata in this area can be divided into alluvial deposits, alluvial material and diluvial genetic types of sediment. Alluvial deposits can be divided into terrace and modern bed by development site.Loess profile in Malaysia with plans very fine particle size, coarse silt, clay, group and multi-group, while the sand content very little. It has a very good fit between magnetic susceptibility values of soil lithology. Loess layer corresponds to the curve trough of the magnetic susceptibility. The ancient soil corresponds to the peak. The climate is warm and cold in the early period. The wet and dry volatile, but fluctuate less following. From the curves we can conclude the climate of the area from cold to warm, then to warm and cool, finally to warm. The change trends are identical of the magnetic susceptibility curve of the loess section, the average temperature curve and the curve of average annual rainfall variation in Settling barracks. Section from the bottom corresponding to climate change are: dry and cold - temperature and humidity - dry cold - and more dry and cold - temperature and humidity, the climate during the small fluctuations, according to its average annual temperature and annual precipitation, we can see the background is dry and cold. This point of view is consistent with the particle size analysis results, so it has more scientific value.
