Putian is a mountainous city where many landslides occur. With the continuous development of economy and increase of population quantity, geological environment has become deteriorated. It is an urgent need to fast and effectively evaluate landslides hazard for landslides predict and management. With GIS technology and mathematical model, geo-information Tupu uses two-dimension or multi-dimension graph to show the objective world and it opens up a graphical way of thinking for regional landslides hazard evaluation.This paper applies geo-information Tupu into landslides hazard evaluation for the first time. The concept, constructing method and research idea of regional landslides hazard evaluation information Tupu are summarized. Then, taking Putian city as an example, the paper makes a case study of regional landslides hazard evaluation information Tupu. Firstly, landslides spatial database of Putian city is built using mapgis software. After analyzing the relationship between landslides and geo-environment, landslides impact factors: elevation, slope, aspect and lithology and pedigree of each impact factor are established, and then landslides impact fator information Tupu is bulilt by mapgis. Landslides evaluation information Tupu unit are extracted through spatial overlay analysis on all impact factor information Tupu. The overlay result is transformed into digital matrix. Then, the digital matrix is imported into SPSS software to analyze each information Tupu unit by logic regression model. The analyzing result is transformed into mapgis and finally landslides hazard evaluation information Tupu is built through sorting and merging on the analyzing result. The series of Tupu visually show the landslides occurrence regularity and risk spatial distribution of Putian city and provide vector graph data for landslides predict, which has certain application value.The evaluation result shows that extremely high risk area and high risk area are basically located in the central of Putian city and present as a belt distributing toward north-east, the middle risk area is located in both sides of extremely high risk area and high risk area and south-west of Putian city, the low risk area is mainly located in south-east and distributes toward north-west. The result basically reflects the present situation of Putian geological hazard.
