Plantation is one of the main ways to increase the terrestrial carbon sink. The scientific management of plantation is effective to increase carbon sink and slow down the global climate warming. On the background of global carbondioxide emission reduction, characteristic analysis and ecological information expression to the specific region-Karamay Carbondioxide Emission Reduction Forest(KCERF) provides a new horizon for carbon emission reduction management, which by combining the Geo-information TuPu theory and method with Multidimensional Dynamic Visualization Technology(MDVT). Analyzing the features of carbondioxide emission reduction forest based on Information TuPu is according with the international trend of modern ecology scientific research, and it also provides important theoretical security for the establishment of carbon emission reduction mechanism. The study generates KCERF information TuPu in the platform based on software of ENVI, Arcgis, Autocad, ViewSpecPro with the multi-source data,, and we developed its inner features. Supported by the MDVT, we developed the KCERF landscape virtual modeling and visualization expression with3dsmax, Speedtree and Forest Pack Pro softwares, in order to unfold the characteristic of KCERF dynamically. The whole research made a rasterized, digitized, spatialized, mobilized and visualized result. The conclusions and results are as follows:The KCERF’s capacity of carbon sequestration is improving gradually while the soil salinized severely. The soil nutrients decreased gradually from east to west, with large fluctuation of available N, the distribution regularity of soil salinity content varies with the characteristic factors which are impacted by groundwater and irrigation. The soil appears as alkaline. The depth of groundwater decreases gradually from east to west. The gradient of Mg2+content variation space is the largest one of all groundwater characteristic factors. The organic matter and the spectral reflectance in the study area are positively correlated, but the Ca2+content and the spectral reflectance are inversely related. P.bolleana has the high capability of pest resistance, and the area where it grows can sequestrate carbon strongly.According to the established data relation model of NDVI index and carbon density y=258.312x-55.283, with correlation test and linear regression analysis, the correlation coefficient is0.87as a high value; Testing F=25.19<F (0.05,1,8) means that the model is feasible. We can control the emission reduction effect and promote the emission efficiency with the help of carbon density distribution TuPu.3dsmax is a three-dimensional design software utility often used in architectural design field for showing construction plan effects. During the course of the study, we found that the3dsmax provides powerful functions. Combined with varies of plugins,3dsmax can completely meet the demand of ecological information TuPu expression and virtual simulation. It also demonstrates the features of forest system especially the plantation, and provides a new way to study on the plantation carbon emission reduction.
