The Analysis And Design Of Resource Management System Of Telecommunication Lines Basede On GIS

GIS(Geographic Information System) is a kind of spatial information system to collect, store,manage,analyses and describe spatial data, simultaneously,GIS is a sort of technology to improve graphical performance of management system .Because Telecommunication System shows strong character of geography, applying the technology of GIS in Telecommunication System can improve the visualization and efficency of the management greatly.In this paper, on the basis of object-oriented analysis,the author presents approach of developing large scale of GIS software is composed of independent MapBasic application integrated with each other by sharing an identical Mapinfo map window and maintain synchronization by automatically reacting to same events in turn.The author proposes a second model of telecommunication of line system. It is one of the most important models in the system.The system has functions of showing graph, operating graph,searching information ,showing current data.Telecommunications networks,especially pipeline networks(including cable,trunk cables ,distribution cable, etc),their equipment is closely linked with geographical environment,the lines construction and maintenance of telecommunication can,t work out without the detailed and intergrated GIS system. The essence of the communication resource management system,which combined with advanced geographic information system (GIS) technology and graphic technology to achieve optimal management of telecom network resource,it is the supplement and expansion for the integrared network management system of communication.The paper first introduces the elementary theory of geographic information system,clearly analyzes the process mechanism of Mapinfo Professional and its automatic objects and services. considering the data structure of geographic information system, the characteristic of geography,the industrial characteristic of management system based on the platform of GIS and technology of COM middleware and capitalize telecommunication line resource management system model based on geographic information system to realize the graphic management of line resources.The paper also introduces the elementary theory of many systeminterferes.
