Landscape pattern is the core study of landscape ecology, and it is related with environment factors. The article concluded the regularity of landscape pattern distribution after studing the landscape spatial pattern of Beijing and the relationship between landscape and environment. The contents and the methods of the study including:The situation of landscape pattern and the affect factors are analyzed with the methods of landscape pattern based on GIS and RS.The study extracted the image of the distribution of forest landscape and overlay with forest coverage map.Broadleaf forest, conifer forest, mixed forest and shurb are classified with NDVI.Traditional landscape index calculation is used to analyze the forest landscape of Beijing.Slope, aspect, altitude are extracted by DEM,and these information are used to analyze the relationship between forest spatial pattern and environment in ArcGIS.Besides, the relation between species diversity and environment, diversity and soil are analyzed in Jiufeng. The most important innovation is introducing rough set into analysis of landscape spatial pattern. With the advantage of rough set on data-mining,analysis on spatial pattern and geomorphological types, soil types, loamy, slope, aspect, altitude is carried out and the decision rules are concluded by then.Prediction of spatial pattern is based on the decision rules and the conclusion indicated that the prediction gets the prospected result.Compared with the traditional analysis of landscape pattern, rough set has its own advantage. The decision rules could be extracted by the existed data information and prediction of the spatial pattern is predicted by rules. With the analysis of landscape pattern in Beijing, every forest class besides conifer forest is analyzed with a high precision...
