Soil carbon cycling and carbon storage research is one of the hot contents of global change and terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycle research. Soil is the basic environment of human survival and development, as an important source and sink of greenhouse gases, slightly changes of soil organic carbon storage may cause rapid response of terrestrial ecosystems and atmosphere. Therefore, research on aerial sowing forest carbon sink characteristics has become a necessary development target of response to climate change and the research of carbon sink and source.Based on TM remote sensing image acquisition, the landscape pattern of Yulin aerial sowing forest area has been classified, and the landscape features has been analyzed using ArcGIS, ENVI and Fragstat software. Studying the carbon sink characteristics from the viewpoint of landscape helps to fight climate change comprehensively and objectively, it also provides important basis support to greenhouse gas emissions. This research analysed the soil geochemical characteristics of study area throught field sampling and laboratory soil ion determination. At the same time, using the improved CASA model, the net primary productivity (NPP) of Yulin aerial seeding forest can be estimated. And then, the study discussed soil and vegetation carbon sink characteristics of different land types in the study area, pointed out the carbon accounting uncertainty, valuable conclusions are drawn:(1) Aerial forest landscape types in Yulin area can be divided into6categories:the forest landscape, the grass landscape, farmland landscape, water landscape, urban construction land landscape and other landscape. Cultivated, grass and forest landscape took large portion of all the plaques, among them, cultivated land dominating the landscape.(2) The level of Salix psammophila NPP is the highest, In the artificial forest land, the planting pattern of biomass of Korshinsk Peashrub, Salix psammophila and Dester Wormwood is the largest.(3) The vegetation carbon value of each sample in the aerial forest reaches2450.04g, The carbon reserve of propinquity bamboo is the largest, while hedysarum scoparium is the lest. The carbon value of vegetation planted in the late80s is the largest. Propinquity bamboo is the best aerial tree species for afforestation project in the future because of its relative stability carbon sink function. When the average temperature reaches22.4℃-25.6℃, ultraviolet radiation reaches89uw·cm-2-129uw·cm-2, the vegetation carbon sequestration function is the best.(4) The soil could be classified as sulfate soil, the soil layer distribution is not significant, the soil is still in the primary stage of development. The soil carbon sequestration of each samlpe roughly presents surface gathered phenomenon, surface soil carbon sequestration has large differences under different landscape types. The spatial distribution of soil carbon reserves has obvious difference, and soil carbon sequestration has obvious regionality. Forest carbon sink capacity is the largest, aerial forestation is of great significance to the promotion of ecological benefit of Yulin.(5) Soil carbon sequestration has positively correlation with soil bulk density, moisture content and total nitrogen. Soil carbon decreases by the increasion of soil temperature, but the influence of soil temperature on soil carbon is not obvious. Fungi and actinomycetes had obvious positive correlation with soil carbon, bacteria has negative correlation with soil carbon reserves, which is not obvious.
