The higher systematic category of Encyrtidae in Northeast of China was definited in the present study, including two subfamilies,18 tribes and 54 genera. The systematic characteristics of 18 tribes of Encyrtidae and the known genera in each tribe in Northeast of China were recorded and discribed. Two generus keys were compiled for Tetracneminae and Encyrtinae. The keys contain all the known genera of Encyrtidae in Northeast of China,12 genera in Tetracneminae and 42 genera in Encyrtinae;meanwhile, the morphological characteristics, distributions, hosts, and systematic positions for all the known genera were also introduced. The systematic positions of the disputed Mayridia,Ectroma and Rhopus were confirmed, and systematic positions of the indefinitive Ceballosia and Xenoencyrtus were firstly proposed. Also including two new species:Trchnites liaoningensis sp.nov.and Cowperia subnigra Li.With the combination of classical systematic results, the cladistic classification of Tetracneminae and Encyrtinae were studied by using 31 selected morphological characteristics. The systematic result of genera in Tetracneminae in Northeast of China, obtained by cladistic method,is in accordance with the classical systematic result.A sugestion on systematization of the genus Echthroplexiella in Encyrtinae was put forward, which is different from classical systematic. The phylogenetic relationships between genera were analyzed.
