For thousands of years the land is the base of survival and the most basic material conditions of human society development. China is a large agricultural country. The demand for agricultural land is on a large, multi-use types. This will inevitably require us to understand the status of the agricultural land using. Land using survey can be divided into social property of land surveys, property surveys and two naturally compatible with the comprehensive property survey, such as land using survey, cadastral surveys (including Cadastral Survey) and land surveys. Land using survey is to investigate the location of land, quantity, type of ownership, use conditions and so on. According to the needs of land management, the investigation of land using and ownership status should be a unified layout and mutual convergence to meet the initial registration and the need for statistics. This article refers to the investigation for the status quo of land using survey of rural land(Including arable land, garden, woodland, grassland, residents of the land, traffic land, water and unused land) includes land ownership, size, location and the using type. All times and in all countries of the status quo of the land using survey there have been many times, and has applied many ways. China carried out a nationwide survey of land use after the founding. With the satellite space technology development, especially since the 20th century, 70's, the development of remote sensing technology make the methods of investigation for the status quo of land using a revolutionary improved. This article is based on the current remote sensing land technology using for a wide range of applications. The paper discusses the data processing and field survey of the remote sensing of land using survey. It mainly includes the followings:(1) Geometric precision correction for remote sensing image: In this paper, the work of the region includes the establishment of GPS control network and the access to rapid static point, resulting in a large number of GPS points. These GPS points reasonablely placed in the layout image are used in the geometric precision correction. The accuracy of the mage is better than 2M.(2) Computer category of the remote sensing image: This paper conducted a remote sensing image supervised classification and unsupervised classification. To be the conclusion, using parallelepiped supervised classification, when the DN value is 3,it is most suitable for the Wetlands Plain such as our work area . When we use the ISODATA non-supervised classification, the smallest spot of the pixel map being set to 100 is most suitable for the Wetlands Plain such as our work area. That is to say it was not obvious classification of the effect of increasing. When non-supervised classifications used in the image, whether ISODATA method or K-means method, the choice of classification parameters is critical to go through a number of tests to determine compliance with the classification of the work of the regional image parameters. Regardless of supervised classification and unsupervised classification, are not close to the accuracy of the artificial visual interpretation. Often because of the phenomena that different objects show the same spectrum and one object show different spectra, higher accuracy requirements in land using survey, we highly recommended artificial visual interpretation and field painted.(3) Visual interpretation of remote sensing images and field painting methods: The principle of the visual interpretation of remote sensing images include the total embodiment of inspections, comprehensive analysis, comparative analysis, observation of the way, respecting the image of objective reality, interpreting the image be a serious and valuable analysis of the local focus. Painting outside should adjust to the principles of visual interpretation of the guidance of the field analysis of the situation on the ground, and in accordance with and the land use classification and classification of the related determination of ownership.(4) Land using survey data-processing methods: In this paper, we use many 3s software in order to work out a set of relatively simple data-processing methods. IN this method we use SuperMap deskpro 5.0, pluging South CASS5.0 to AutoCad2002 and Microsoft Access, accounting a large number of statistical data on land using. In the Jilin Province Prison Administration Zhenlai Branch land using project played a positive role.In this paper, the workflow on the way, and each process is carried out a feasibility analysis. We rationally use the GPS technology, remote sensing technology and geographic information systems technology. Although the artificial visual interpretation can not be completely replace by classification of remote sensing images. And for me computer remote sensing image classification is still difficult to understand ,I failed to put forward a more detailed classification of remote sensing images of the specific feasibility of a computer. It is the first inadequacy in this paper. The second inadequacy is that although the work of the land status of the region have done a detailed investigation, but only gives the AutoCAD version of the form and rely on the land use map, unable to establish a land use inquiry system. Hope in a wide range of land use someone can carry out a survey to establish land using query system. Through the project of Jilin Province Prison Administration Zhenlai Branch land-use survey, the status quo of land use, made maps, data, and field results of the three unity for the rational use of sub-Zhenlai area land provide a scientific basis. In this paper, starting from the actual project, the rural land using survey techniques based on remote sensing technology have been studied. And I believe that in the future the land using survey based on the remote sensing will be useful for later research.
