Nowadays, the competition between markets has become more and more fierce. Being a new style of management, SCM(Supply chain management) has grown fast and become an effective means for the enterprise improving overall beneficial result and strengthening marketplace competition. However, in the concrete processing, for the information sometimes can not be transferred timely and accurately leading the supply chain operates inharmonious and the level of the supply chain achievement effect reduces. The information sharing among all partners is an important and effective way to overcome this problem. So the study for the information sharing problem in the supply chain management is very necessary for improving the level of the supply chain achievement.Based on"the cattle whip effect"which affects the achievement effect of supply chain management and logistics management , pointing out the best approach for resolving "the cattle whip effect " is to reinforce the supply chain connection between every node enterprise , and to improve the corporation and the information share degree among the supply chains. Then on the paper builds a simple two-stage supply chain model which be composed of the single retail dealers and single supplier, taking stock level and cost value this two stock control index as measurement standard, the market demand is a relevance, and considing that the retail dealer and supplier order goods shifting to an earlier date expecting, the effect that sharing information among the chain members to reduce the stock level and the cost mean value. The key point of this paper is studying the change of stock level and the cost mean value under that three patterns which are the tradition no information sharing , information sharing and the VMI patterns. The study indicates: In all above three kinds stock patterns, supplier stock level sum cost mean value is maximal when there being no information share, the tradition information share pattern being able to reduce supplier stock level sum cost mean value effectively, but the effect that under VMI pattern reducing suppliers'stock level and cost mean value most notable. Through the way of information sharing with suppliers can reduce the average stock level sum cost mean value effectively. the effect that putting VMI pattern into practice to supplier is maximal. In the end , there is a concrete calculating example about the variable supplier stock level and cost value, the indicate result under the combination image wielding the Matlab programming and Excel, which are handled having analyzed the different parameter among three kinds patterns: With enhancingρ,σand lr, information share can save supplier's stock level and cost value increasingly, the result of reducing VMI pattern information share is the most significant. However,ρ,σand lr enhancing is representing the uncertainty increasing, it has been indicated that the number of supply chain member increases and the composition among them become more complicated, the market becomes more unstable. So it is in great need for sharing information among supply chain members. Therefore, in the nowadays society, the environment changes unpredictability, the information sharing has great significance.
