It is very urgent to control the cost of whole course in Chinese real estate market for the rapid economy development and the continuous growth of investment in infrastructure construction. Construction cost management must keep step with the word. At the same time, the administrative staff must come to manage and control the cost of project with totally new viewpoints. Construction cost management involves widely. This work is very uncertainty. Some unpredictable items will happen in the course of project and it is very difficult to prevent that by investment control. So controlling the cost of whole course is very necessary. This paper focuses on these points above, includes:First, the domestic and foreign research on the construction cost control was fully analyzed, and the discussion on it combined with the situation of domestic real estate project was given.Second, a systematical analysis of the theory and method of the whole process control of construction cost commonly used in our country was given. The model of the whole process control of construction cost, fuzzy mathematics AHP, was introduced.And last, the method using construction cost control was presented in the different phases of the project and was introduced in the XinLiangXiRenJia project, which shows the feasibility of the whole process control of construction cost.
