Research On The Cost Control Of Construction Of Geothermal Resources Exploration Project In Xiaosuihe District

In recent years,in the background of global warming and environmental pollution,our country fastens the exploration of clean energy(geothermal resource)and has an outstanding achievement.General speaking,the market of geothermal resources exploration has a great potential and promising prospect in china.There are more and more exploration enterprise which lead to tough market competition.Some exploration enterprise has severe problems on cost management and control because they didn't pay attention to the cost control of exploration project.The backward of cost management and control also leads to the cost loss of exploration enterprise and delays of the constructing project.Statistical data reveal Cost loss and project delay have becoming the majors problems for many exploration enterprise.Based on the study and understanding of project cost management theory,this paper takes the project of Xiaosuihe district geothermal resources exploration as an example to apply the cost control in pre-exploration ? in-exploration and post-exploration.Fist,the paper introduces the situation of Xiaosuihe exploration project;analyzes the existing problems;then,offers some specific cost control methods for Xiaosuihe district geothermal resources exploration project;finally,raise four guarantee measures----organization guarantee?institution guarantee?manpower guarantee and finance guarantee for the project.The cost control for exploration project is hard because it involves with many outdoor works and professional works.This paper aims to provide a systematic recognition for the cost constitution of Xiaosuihegeothermal resources exploration project.Further,using project management thought and methods of cost control help the implementation of exploration project.So we can put the project into complete and full-stage cost prevention and control,and use these cost management methods to analyze?manage and prevent any cost abnormal situation to help theimplementationof the project.
