Research On The Establishment Of Land-use Change Database And Application Based On "3S" Technology

This Research aims at the problem in the process of Land change which are mainly with manual operation, slower speed, Longer cycle , higher expenditure ,lower efficiency. In order to resolve these issues , Shanshan county land use database is based on land use and category theory , and Remote Sense(RS) , Geographic Information System (GIS) ,Global Position System (GPS) .The field investigation base map of this Research is 1:1 0000 sub-standard rate ortho image . According to the specific requirements of the techniques order of land-use investigation and the related technical specifications, we survey types of land and ownership boundaries in the wildfield, also do supplementary survey to the new added features and the changing situation in recent years. Inside, we construct the graphics and attribute base in accordance with the standards of national database and by using MapGis Software. Finally, the land use situation database is built.This paper evaluate the database' accuracy from four points,they are the quality of raster image, the accuracy of vector, the quality of data mosaic, the comparison of area. The results show that the land use database accuracy of shanshan county can meet the national requirements. The database can achieve function of land area enquiries,map output,statements output. At the same time, it can get the targets of planning,management,protection,reasonable use in land resources. And then the work efficiency is improved, also the management level and the information level.
