Human resource matching is the key problem of HRM & HRD.It is also the focal problem deeply concerned by the government,the army,the organization and all kinds of management personel,for the function level of manpower and material resources depends on how we get on with human resource.However,the problem has not been resolved satisfactorily in items of theory and practice.According to the idea of modern human resource matching,the paper from collective profit of employee and enterprise,being established in corelative theory of matching,on the base of post performance wage system,deeply studies on model for human resource matching of power supply enterprise.Firstly,making a point of power supply enterprise,from collective profit of employee and enterprise, the paper closely integrate post assessment and human resource perfomance assessment,advances a point of post performance wage system and gives concrete implement process and phonetic notation.Secondly,on the basis of actual studies and post performance wage system,trying to apply mathematical statistics theory to the power supply enterprises,the paper implements the view of 360-degree performance evaluation and factor analysis evaluation model.As the overall efficiency most and the total cost lest for the goal, the paper establishes a multi-target system optimization model for the power supply enterprises,furtherly optimizing the allocation of human resources to provide a certain support of the operational programme.At the same time,to the series of posts under the management, the categories under the marketing management, professional under marketing of electricity of a power supply enterprise as an example, the paper established by the multi-target system optimization matching staffing static model is empirical research, at the same time, draws the relevant conclusions.Finally,as the people and the request of posts performance is constantly changing, so the people and positions between those that are absolute, to a relative, not balance is absolute, and balance is relative.Based on Bayesian theory,the paper implements dynamic allocation of staff optimization model,at the same time,.the parameters of the model and source of data were analyzed, and the corresponding algorithm is established.The model for improving the allocation of science and rationality of the staff can play a role in the decision-making for the establishment of human resources management system,it is also based on an algorithm for a number of experts,then it provides the effective implementation of reference for the power supply enterprise.
