Water and soil resources is the human production and life of two kinds of the most important basic natural resources, time distribution of water resource is a seasonal and spatial distribution of non-uniformity of the superposition of land resources. Two kinds of resources in different areas of the superposition of different forms of water and soil resources combination effect. Is the superposition of land resources, water resources makes the use of land resources value and production efficiency of the different effect. Karst mountainous areas due to their high population density, the lack of resources, the phenomenon of destroying forest leads to serious soil erosion, and limestone soil is very slow, the serious soil erosion, bedrock large area of bare land degradation, leading to a fall in production. Paper through literature reading to understand the background of the karst area of soil and water conservation, research present situation, purpose, meaning, goal, etc., based in southeast yunnan karst mountain system, domain county west of specific project as the research area, carrying out a research into the karst area of soil and water conservation. On the basis of this, on the basis of the existing situation and the present situation of land resource and distribution characteristics of soil and water loss, the analysis of the characteristics of the soil and water resources in karst area, carry on the evaluation of soil and water loss, land suitability evaluation and planning of soil and water conservation measures, implementation of soil and water resources optimal allocation, exploring southeast yunnan area in the process of desertification control way of soil and water resources optimal allocation model, model, is introduced for reference for prevention and control of soil and water conservation.
