With the wide application of WebGIS, fast and convenient setting-up WebGIS application system, have already become more and more sector application demands. How set up light-duty WebGIS system, overcome commercial WebGIS systematic software and hardware expect much, dispose complicatedness , sector application threshold high drawback; This Thesis regards time as the breakthrough point, is devoted to exploring that draws support from the superiority of distributed platform of this frame under .NET frame, combine OpenGIS solution of standardizing light-duty WebGIS system of independent development.This Thesis analyses two major technical support platforms of present WebGIS system, the conclusion must happen finally: .NET is socialized more than J2EE, popularization, and there is VisualStudiothe framework of Framework is supported, is suitable for fast and high-efficient Web system to design and develop; choose to adopt .NET as the independent developing platform. On the basis of it is correlated with standardizing standard, QR index technology and Shape data structure analysing in depth OpenGIS, have designed and developed the high-efficient, flexible data and read and played up YarageGIS procedure collection; Adopt ASP.NET resources to imbed technology Ajax customer end controlling part YarageMapControl, the ones that made YarageGIS server procedure collect with customer end had reached the swift result transmitted of the security, stability, data mutually. The part of the application system in Environmental evaluation of producing area of environment-friendly agricultural products, has analysed the environment-friendly agricultural current situation of the development at first, drawing the public will improve to the food security quality requirement of agricultural products; The country and locality pass the research of decades, have made the standard, norm of the safety in production of a large number of environment-friendly agricultural products . Combine agricultural product safe quality control thought on "field to dining table"again, describe the importance that the safe quality source of agricultural products controls, the systematic necessity of environmental evaluation of producing area of environment-friendly agricultural products. The author is trying to apply light-duty WebGIS system developed independently to the environment-friendly agricultural environmental evaluation system of producing area of Xi'an finally .According to final result, the setting up application system that light-duty WebGIS utilizing authors to design can be swift, convenient; can meet the demand of environment-friendly agricultural regionalization trade basically.Studies have shown, develop independently light-duty WebGIS and meet the sector application demand basically based on .NET frame and OpenGIS, and has achieved the convenient, swift setting up trade application system purpose, use the long drawback of expecting much, development period of complicatedness, software and Hardware after improving large-scale WebGIS design of platform. This research develops certain meaning of using to the design of WebGIS system for reference, using tentatively and controlling very great help to the source of the safe quality of environment-friendly agricultural products in environment-friendly agricultural regionalization, have value to develop too to the relevant trade designs with systematic informationization system.
