On the basis of identification of more than 1180 specimens , deposited in hortus siccus of the biology academy of ShanDong Teacher's Univercity. The author carries on comprehensive study of them, which are collected from Mt.Ti, Mt.Yi,Mt.Meng, Mt.Lao and Mt.Kunyu. Detailed descriptions and discussions on their morphology, chemistry, anatomy and distribution in China with keys to genera and species are included in the study. There are 91 species, which belongs to 38 generas of 17 lichen families in this thesis. Three generas are first discovered in ShanDong. They are Parmelia Ach.,Ochrolechia A. Massal.and Lepraria Ach..Twenty-two species are first discovered in ShanDong. They are P. crenulata Zhao in Acta phytotax, P.saxatilis (L.)Ach., P. niitakana Asahina, P. adaugescens Lich., C.subconveniens Nyl., C. nigrescens (Huds.) DC., C. crispum (Huds.) Web , C. fasciculare (L.) Wigg,L. chlarotera Nyl.,L. rupicola (L.) Zahlbr,L.atra (Huds.) Ach.,C. pyxidota (L.) Hoffm., C. digitata (L.) Hoffm.,P. multipuncta Turner Nyl.,O. tartarea L. A.Massal.,O. yasudae Vainio, X. lobulata (Fl?rke) de Lesd., X.fallax (Hepp.) Arn.,X. parietina (L.) Th. Fr.,Physcia stellaris (L.) Nyl., P. muscigena (Ach.) Poel,H. boryi ((Fée) K.P.& S.R.Singh.Because of its sensitive to air pollution, lichen can be regarded as a monitor of the pollution. It is more sensitive than vascular plant to environmental change. The component of lichen species and the change of quantity of one area is the indictor of the variety of ecosystem. And the study of the Flora plays an important part to the natural protection of ShanDong.
