Electromagnetics and scientific method excited mutually, and the historical course is the apotheosis that the association is between science knowledge and the scientific method. According to the characteristic and achievements, scientific method is demarcated four historical forms: pre-scientific method , quasi-scientific method, scientific method, post-scientific method. And according to academic achievements and study method, electromagnetics is demarcated four historic stages: embryonic period, forming period, maturity and integrating period. Though there exited level gap between electromagnetics and scientific method, they always keeped the interactive balanced developmental pace. Basing on angle, the paper revealved the inherent contradictions and power between electromagnetics and scientific method. Scientific method has the unique applications in the historical course of the establishment and development of electromagnetic system, and scientific method education has deep historical origin. All above indicates further it is feasible and necessary that scientific method education should be infiltrated in electromagnetic teaching. However, it is unoptimistic that the status in quo concerned the campus students'grasping the scientific method in electromagnetic, which is revealed by the preliminary study on scientific method education in electromagnetic teaching and the outcome of sample investigation in several colleges and universities. This means that the need for the reconsideration about how to infiltrating scientific method education in electromagnetic teaching, and explore appropriate ways. The paper has put up preliminary study on steps how to infiltrating scientific method education. And the study indicated the measures are the necessary steps. The three measures are the analysis on scientific method factors in teaching materials combining historical facts, infiltration of scientific method in electromagnetic teaching links and embodiment of scientific method factors in the evaluation process...
