| Along with the implementation of new curriculum and the deepening of teacher professional development, the capability and method of Scientific Research and innovation have been the demands of teacher's professional development in the context of new courses. Quality of educational science research is a major qualification as a teacher and plays a positive part in teacher performing their duty and their professional advance and the realization of self-value .It is believed that the normal education is a main channel to cultivate the physics teachers .Therefore, some effective measures must be taken to stimulate the improvement of quality of educational science research of normal students majoring in physics.Based on given literature,this paper investigates the status quo of quality of educational science research of students majoring in Physical education in normal university and discusses the valid method and approach to enhance their quality of educational science research. In brief,the central problems are how the students majoring in Physical education in normal university develop quality of educational science research and how to enhanced their quality of educational science research.First, Based on the conclusion and study of existing literature, this paper give the constituent elements of the quality of scientific research.They are consciousness,Knowledge,skills and psychology character of quality of scientific research. Secondly, through questionnaire survey, Interview and Material Analysis, it has been known that the status quo of the quality of educational science research of Physical Education Students is not high and got imbalance developed. This paper also analyse the main factor which impact on the development of educational science research quality: the lag of Education Courses;Teacher's scientific research and teaching methods;Students'behavior and attitude in learning education theory;student's motivation in enrollment and Employment Intent. Finally, combining case study with the developments of education researches, the quality of educational science research of students majoring in physics in normal university can be improved by giving such concrete policy. They are constructivism implication to teaching education theories, developing respective consciousness and ability. And place emphasis on constructing the Organizational Model of Streamlined Research teams, In this mode students break the class and grade limit. |
