The Nanjishan Water locates at the southwest shore in Poyang Lake and the delta water where Gan River goes into Poyang Lake. The Longitude is from E 116°10′33″to E 116°25′05″. And the latitude is from N 28°52′05″to N 29°06′50″. Subjected to the hydrology in Poyang Lake, the inner lake is the style of swallow and seasonal freshwater lake. And the whole area takes on the interleaving swampy sight of river, lake and shoal. Owing to its special geography position and complicated natural environment, it is abundant in natural resources and biological diversity.Silurus asotus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Ophiocephalus argus were most main polyphagous bottom-dwelling fish,and were main economic fish of the Nanjishan Water in Poyang Lake. This experimentl analysis the Cahracteristic, Isozyme and RAPD for the fishs, try to know better and get a deep realization for the fish of the Reverse.Measurement some characteristic of Silurus asotus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Ophiocephalus argus from the Nanjishan Water (50 sample each special). Silurus asotus's weight scope is 26.45~155g, length scope is 14.54~27.63cm, weight-standard length relationship is W=0.185 L2.7261 (R2=0.8648). Pelteobagrus fulvidraco weight is 10.69~43.58g, length scop is 8.30~14.25cm, weight-standard length relationship is W=0.0599 L2.4872 (R2=0.9207). Ophiocephalus argus weight scop is 58.14~264.26g, length is 16.18~28.69cm, weight-standard length relationship is W=0.0326 L2.6492 (R2=0.9433).Comparative analysis of the isozyme patterns of EST, LDH and MDH in six tissues (liver, spleen, kidney, muscle, heart and brain) from Silurus asotus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Ophiocephalus argus (6 samples each special), was carried out to prode into its distribution by Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE). The result shows that, the allele frequency of polymorphic loci in Silurus asotus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Ophiocephalus argus is 36.36%, 37.5%and 25%, Nei's gene diversity is0.2025,0.1161 and 0.1229. Analyzed the colonial genetic variations in Silurus asotus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Ophiocephalus argus (50 sample each special) with RAPD. 6 primers were screened out from 40 random primers were propitious to analyze the genomic DNA with RAPD in Silurus asotus, which generate 39 bands. The number of polymorphic band was 31, and the percentage of polymorphism was 79.4%, the gene resemblance is 0.6097. 10 primers were screened out to analyze the genomic DNA with RAPD in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, which generate 62 bands. The number of polymorphic band was 54, and the percentage of polymorphism was 84.37%. There is no primers suit for the RAPD analyzed of Ophiocephalus argus, the gene resemblance is 0.6232.A combination of the results of character, isozyme and RAPD, it shows that Silurus asotus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Ophiocephalus argus from The Nanjishan Water in Poyang Lake has high colonial genetic diversity standard and good germplasm resource.The Nanjishan Water had location advantage, good water and abundance of food, it's a nice place for bottom-dwelling fish spawn and growth. So, we thought that an urgent preservation and protection for Silurus asotus, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Ophiocephalus argus in the Najishan Water is considerable. And add on some measure, people can effective protect and using the germpladm resource of these bottom-dwelling fish.
