Taxonomic Study Of Perloidea(Plecoptera) From Northeastern Area China

In this paper,the taxonomic study of Perloidea insects in Northeast China(consisting of four regions in Heilongjiang Province,Jilin Province,Liaoning Province and the five eastern leagues of Inner Mongolia)was conducted by traditional taxonomic methods,and the first overall study and statistical survey of Perloidea in northeast China was conducted.The taxonomic background,research significance,biology and economic application values are also presented in the paper.Based on the extant specimens and papers,there are 3 families,21 genera(46 species)were recorded in this region,including 2 new species,1 species have been published: Suwallia kuandian Shi,Wang? Li,2022 and Stavsolus shihu sp.nov.;2 new record genera: Alaskaperla Stewart ? De Walt,1991,Megarcys Klapálek,1912;11 new records species: Alloperla rostellata(Klapálek,1923),Alloperla kurilensis Zhiltzova,1978,Alloperla kurentzovi Zhiltzova ? Zapekina-Dulkeit,1977,Alloperla teleckojensis ?ámal,1939,Suwallia asiatica Zhiltzova ? Levanidova,1978,Sweltsa illiesi Zhiltzova ? Levanidova,1978,Alaskaperla longidentata(Rau?er,1968),Kamimuria tibialis(Pictet,1841),Kamimuria exilis(Mc Lachlan,1872),Isoperla flavescens Zhiltzova ? Potikha,1986,Megarcys ochracea(Klapálek,1912).And one new combination: Skwala unimacula(Klapálek,1912)comb.nov.;and after comparing the features of body and aedeagus,Paragnetina neimongolica Yang ? Yang,1996 is considered a junior synonym of Paragnetina flavotincta(Mc Lachlan,1872).In addition,six known species,namely: Utaperla orientalis Nelson ? Hanson,1969,Claassenia radiata(Klapálek,1916),Kamimuria kirinensis Wu,1938,Kamimuria manchuriana Wu,1938,Oyamia nigribasis Banks,1920,Neoperla dorsispina Yang ? Yang,1996 were supplemented described and photographed in this paper.A taxonomic key of corresponding families and genera of Perloidea in the Northeast China was prepared,the color plates were attached in the end.The highest diversity of distribution of Perloidea in Northeast China is Jilin Province,while in three other regions are not much difference.Overall,the distribution of Perloidea in Northeast China is relatively uniform.Due to the geographical location and ecological environment of Northeast China,the records of Perloidea are not much;and the recorded areas are also few,multiple taxa are usually found in the same location,This may indicate the low collection effort and narrow range in this region,should go to more areas for collection,hope to increase the number of specimens.In terms of identifying characters,aedeagal characters occupy an important position in the classification of Perloidea.
