Study On Landscape Dynamic Change And Its Eco-environment Effects In Xiamen City

Urbanization is one of the human activities which has a tremendous impact onenvironment in global, regional and local scales. The Study on landscape dynamic changein urban region has become one of the most spectacular study domain of landscapeecology. But for the rapidly developing medium-sized cities, especially in southeastlittoral is of particular region in China, there isn't comparatively systematic study fromlandscape dynamic aspect in publicity reports.From the perspective of landscape ecology, based on the comprehensive summary ofcontent, theory, method of landscape dynamic change and current study progress at homeand abroad, the paper takes Xiamen city as a concrete example to study the landscapedynamic change during the period from 1998 to 2003, with the characteristics of China'surbanization process and the actuality of regional urban development andEco-environment. Based on GIS technology, the paper deeply analyzes the regionallandscape dynamic changing process from landscape space-time change and landscapepattern change firstly, on this basis, further studies the artificial impact mechanism ofregional landscape heterogeneity change with geostatistics method. Then, the paperanalyzes the eco-environment effects of landscape and pattern change by using thecombination of qualitative and quantitative methods, especially its effects on the value ofregional ecosystem services. At last, aiming at the questions puted forth on the basis ofanalyzing the study results, the paper discusses the main ways of landscape ecologicalconstruction in Xiamen city.Through the study, the results can offer scientific theoryevidence for the landscape ecological planning, management and eco-building in Xiamencity future, besides, it has a certain referential significance for discussing the couplingmechanism between urbanization process and landscape dynamic changing process incoastal region of Fujian province.
