The groundwater is very important in the countywide economic development of Ruoqiang County. From 20th century 80's, the mining quantity of Ruoqiang County is over 2.4×107m3. By the end of 2006, the number of diversified and established well is over 400. As the economic speed is creasing, the request of the mining quantity of the underground water resources is creasing too. But at present, the government of Ruoqiang County still have not got a Appraisal of Groundwater Resources, and has a very limited hydrology and geognosy survey. The kind of exploitation is not good for the sustaining utilization of water resources, and the development of economy society in Ruoqiang County. This article is concerned with the evaluation. First, the analysis of Ruoqiang's underground water and the areas of different groundwater resources are divided. Second the systematic analysis of stratum, hydrology, atmosphere, groundwater dynamic, related experiment of groundwater equilibrium, irrigation and drainage experiment and the development of groundwater are presented in this article. Furthermore, this article tells us about comprehensive analysis to confirm the various calculate parameters to decide the water resources supplying and egesting according to item calculate capacity of each area. And then on the base, this article calculate Ruoqiang 's groundwater gross and the capacity of the exploitation, and summarize the branch characteristic of Ruoqiang 's groundwater in the whole, analysis the changing rule and evolving tide of Ruoqiang 's underground water. Last, aimed at the actual cases draw out by the development and using of Ruoqiang 's groundwater, this article raise the mode of water system linkage, so we can configure the water resource better and use the groundwater more reasonable. The total aim of the article is to show that groundwater can be used continually to ensure the continual development of the economy and society.
