The conception of speed came into being before 2600 BC and nowadays is pervasive all in the day's work, but few theoreticians had lucubrated the philosophy of speed. The epistemology, teleology, ontology and axiology of speed should be expatiated in this paper, and the main and pertinent subject matters are of the connotation, extension and sort of the locomotion system. The impersonality and subjectivity in existence are all important aspects for researching the matter of speed. And then, being convinced of the objectivity, value and localization is indispensably and practical and realistic in realistic standpoint. This dissertation should open out the scientific significance and philosophical value of the conception of speed, makes clear distinctions with metaphysical materialism and idealism, and brings about a new point of view in the history of philosophy. This conception has extensive connotation and extension which enough to help people to apprehend lots of phenomenon. In the opinion of dialectical materialism the speed exist in the movement of materials, and in the space time, and in the quantitatively nexus. The substance and spirit being of speed is vinculum and affiliation in ontology. Speed is a diffusely used in describing motion. Speed is a scalar quantity with dimensions distance/time; which refers to "how fast an object is moving." the equivalent vector quantity to speed is known as velocity. Speed is measured in the same physical units of measurement as velocity, but does not contain the element of direction. A fast-moving object has a high speed while a slow-moving object has a low speed. An object with no movement at all has a zero speed. Velocity is a vector quantity, which refers to the rate at which an object changes its position in the given period of time. Velocity is a vector quantity. As such, velocity is "direction-aware." When evaluating the velocity of an object, its direction must be kept track of. This is one of the essential differences between speed and velocity. Speed is a scalar and does not keep track of direction; velocity is a vector and is direction-aware. The direction of the velocity vector is the same as the direction in which an object is moving. It does not matter whether the object is speeding up or slowing down, if the object is moving rightwards, then its velocity is described as being rightwards. If an object is moving downwards, then its velocity is described as being downwards. Speed has no direction (it is a scalar) and that velocity is simply the speed with a direction. As an object moves, it often undergoes changes in speed. For example, during an average trip from A to B, there are many changes in speed. Rather than the speedometer maintaining a steady reading, the needle constantly moves up and down to reflect the stopping and starting and the accelerating and decelerating. The expressions tells us that energy is relative to speed tightly, and reveals that developing in a high speed will need more energy and resources which bring on a great deal of problems. And thus the meaning of realism of speed emerged.
