The function of marine bacteria in ocean geochemistry loop is more and more important, so, the research of bacterioplankton in biology and ecology becomes one of most lively foreland domain in currently marine biology. In this study the autotrophic bacterioplankton, heterotrophic bacterioplankton and the sum of bacterioplankton in past two years in the Bohai Bay has been measured. The results show that the distributions of autotrophic bacterioplankton and heterotrophic bacterioplankton has obviously seasonal characters, and their spatial distributions are respective, the autotrophic bacterioplankton and heterotrophic bacterioplankton's relation is simple linearly while the relation between heterotrophic bacterioplankton and nitrosobacteria is more complex, temperature and dissolved oxygen are more important to heterotrophic bacterioplankton's growth and reproduction in surface waters of Bohai Bay.The bacterioplankton's sum show that springtime's number is highest and summertime's number taken second place, the special distributions in three seasons aren't entirely similar. Distributions of bacterial abundance's and bacterial biomass's are entirely same. Bacterioplankton's abundance has correlation with Chlorophyll-a and this relation is very high in autumn, and research show that the range bacterial biomass is 0.355% ~ 56.25% in phytoplankton biomass. DOM form phytoplankton isn't enough for bacterial growth and is complemented from land in summer, but DOM from phytoplankton is most important carton sources for bacterioplankton in autumn. Nitrogen and phosphorus are main limiting factors for marine bacteria in Bohai Bay Waters.Combining hydrodynamical, physical, biology and chemical, we established firstly ecohydrodynamic model of water layer in Bohai Bay, including marine bacteria, and combining station measure, modeled and validated the change trend of each ecological variable on May to October of 2005 in Bohai Bay Waters.
