Intel(?)Teach to the Future is a large international cooperation project for the teachers in the whole world training in the U.S.A. Intel corporation. The project can help the teachers to apply the computer technique for the classroom teaching effectivelly. The substance of this article means training to develop the teachers' e-learning ability and promotes the students' learning abitility and quality. Directed by the modern learning theory of constructivism, the article is according to the analysis characteristics and idea of Intel(?)Teach to the Future and educational theoretics and Information Technology(IT) foundation of Intel(?)Teach to the Future. It explores the design unit package of high school biology new curriculums subjects, stimulates the students' learning interest of biology, strengthens sense of participation in inside and outside class, gets more understanding and mastering of biological knowledge.
