Study Of The Effect Of Electric Field On Enzyme Conformation And Its Activity

The electric biological effect has been developing for several dozen years and the huge success has been obtained. At present, the domestic and foreign researchers conducted the massive research in the domain of electric field biological effect, and some advanced findings emerged continuously. But, the research mainly concentrates on the macroscopic biological effect and the application aspect. It is little known for the mechanism research of the electric field biological effect and also lack of the theory instruction. So what is the microscopic mechanism for the effect of electric field on the organism is still a problem awaiting solution.In this paper, the effects of different electric field strength on the secondary structure of the alpha -amylase, the lipase, the HRP(Horseradish Peroxidase) and SOD(Superoxide Dismutase) are researched by Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy.
