Study Landscape Pattern Of Jiangsu Province From 1980 To 2000

Based on the characteristics of the study area, the author applies GIS technology and mathematical model to the study landscape pattern of Jiangsu province using the TM images of the year 1980, 1995and 2000. This paper try to use a new landscape diversity model and integrating land use change method and landscape ecology practice, the landscape indices of class level and landscape level are analyzed .The result of landscape pattern in Jiangsu province change from 1980-2000year provide scientific basis for sustainable economy development. This paper consists of 6 parts.Part 1: Introduce meaning of the research and the method of region landscape pattern and show the paper fragment.Part 2: introduces the general situation of different districts in the province and the process of drawing ecological landscape pattern pictures.Part 3: Analyzes mathematics model and select landscape pattern index in the research.Part4: Landscape pattern and change Jiangsu province in the past 20 years are analyzed.Part5: Calculate the change of landscape for many years with mathematics model.Part6 is the conclusionThe result show that: Farmland pattern is matrix of study area .There are a few difference in landscape indices; The farmland, grassland and forestland decrease. Construction land and water land increase; Farmland, forestland and grassland transform construction land and water land , urbanization and soil erosion effect landscape pattern; The landscape pattern change have relevance with human activity ; Government departments use management policy effect landscape pattern ; Landscape pattern is steady. Farmland pattern continue decreasing, construction land still increasing.
