With the spread of computer application , software technology also begins with developing at very fast spreed. Today, CIS no longer quaes a lonely application field, but combines with other technology subject, and exerts widly in soil management, traffic, water conservancy, navigate and so on industries. and brings into playing action on the country economy stocks. One of the main duty of water conservancy is data collection, clean up and enter data-base, flood forecast, prevent or control flood and attemper, typhoon way, the situation of a disaster evaluation, manage work etc. Flood tide data repose on GIS, ALL kinds of data are analysed by GIS, combined with compute of numerical value model, the compute result of model can express intuitionisticly. On the base of systems analysis GIS technology , this text applied MapInfo the Professional tool soft ware of GIS and integrated secondary exploiture, and maked use of the exploiture flat roof Visual Basic6. 0 as the tool of visualize development, transferred MapX, A control of Maplnfo , integrated them, set up the model of visual analysis, workouted correspond program, impoldered and developed applicability visual system, which included visual query system of result of seepage FEM and visual query system of optimal design of arch dam on the basis of GIS. From victoring the pictures to the victor picture database, on the base of bed management of victor picture database, carried out space analysis and query and developed some static state query and searches data functure based on GIS. adopted Access software manage attribute data, by data binding , attribute data in Access software and victor picture data were combined. User only need beat the need part of pictures, can query the correlation attribute data, then, analysis and export them.
