The government paid more attention to the study of karst subside about the Olympic park area in Beijing as in constructing a geothermal well it made the karst subside in this area. This thesis analyzed its forming conditions and mechanism, thought that the distance between the groundwater level and the contact plane of the Quaternary soil layer and the base-rock, the thickness and structure of the Quaternary soil layer, the fullness of water in karst water-bearing stratum, and the karst development degree were the main factors of affecting karst subside formation, and using the method of AHP this paper calculated the weight of every affecting factor, through the MAPGIS software it made the adding analysis of all factors realized, as a result it divided the Olympic park area in Beijing into three different grades basing their karst subside danger: 1.Low danger area—its danger index is lower than 2.0 2.Middle danger area—its danger index is between 2.0 and 2.4 3.High danger area—its danger index is higher than 2.4.
