As the proper wildness rarity animal, the habitats of panda take on fragmentized distribution on account of jamming, their populations distribut in Qinling of Shanxi, Minjiang of Sichuan, Qionglai Mountain, Daliang Mountain and Xiaoliang Mountain, dispersedly. Nature and man-made factors cause the difference of living condision, so populations are different at living behaviour and nourishment tactic in order to adapt circumstance during long anagenesis process conduce the representation. According to the oneness of conformation and function, investigate panda locomotion and bones syetem of tooth, integrating ecological character under the wild state, discussing pertinence between thenm in order to offer scientific gist for panda protection.Former investigate exhaustively describe bones of panda but tooth character correlation with eating habit limited in population age structure's ascertainment and investigate with pertinence between different population bones or tooth form and different bamboo sort eating is very little. This article analysis the pertinence form and entironment, vegetation, food etc. through contrast investigate on panda bones and tooth of geographical population Shanxi, Gansu, Sichuan in order to get new ingathering and validate Fang Guo-sheng's viewpoint about panda subspecies analysised by genetic order measure and bones analytical method.The content of the research include:(1)According to compare bones of population and modality of armature,to discuss the establishment of giant panda subspecies from the view of function morphologic by stat analysis based on subspecies form theory,(2)After measuring the anatomy characteristic of giant panda armature of differ population and differ age , The paper discuss the adaptability of giant panda to taking-food specialityalong with the study on giant panda taking-food ecology.1 According to main component analysis on the morphology measurement original data of giant panda,to filter avaiability index of main factors and merger,make it become the most main character factor:the first main factor represent the integer length and broad as well as the form variable of cheekboneof craniology.The second main factor represent the variable between Crista sagittalis groove and Skull basilar.
