This article traverses construction of embryology in the process of flower development of Begoniaⅹhiemalis Fostsch.by using the general paraffin section technology and the electron microscope technology, illustrates the process of flower development and embryology development, and constructs regeneration system of Begoniaⅹhiemalis Fostsch. 1. The Begoniaⅹhiemalis Fostsch is bisexual flower and the flower is big, most of flower are yellow and still others are white, pink and red. There are four rooms in the epigynous flower, the stigmas is the form of spirals. The result of flower delevoping showed that the development of anther wall was elementeny type. The mature anther has four microsporanges. The microspore mother cell forms tetrad by reduction division. The cytokinesis division is successive type. The tetrad belongs to tetrahedron type. Its mature anther has four gern pores, the pollen is ellipse type. Mature microspore was two-cell type and minority was three-cell type. 2. The pistil has four carpels. And it's axial placenta. There are a lot of anatropous ovules in every ovary. The ovule is bitegmic and crassinucellar. And the delevoping payway of megaspore was polygonum type. Begoniaⅹhiemalis Fostsch didn′t bear fruit was the cause that pistil and stamen change into petals. 3.The best explant in the culture was leaf and stem segment with bud, and the best medium of buds inducing was MS+ 6-BA0.5 mg/L + 2,4-D0.1 mg/L and the best medium of leaf inducing was MS+ 6-BA0.5 mg/L + NAA0.1 mg/L. The best of rooting medium was 1/2MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L, taking root rate was 90%. The survival rate of transplanted was to92% . 4. Temperature is 15~25℃, degree of wetness of the air is 80%~90%.All kinds of leaves are used to transplant and live. The best condition of rooting is NAA0.2 mg/L + water. They will be transplanted in two months.
