Oil and gas geochemical prospecting has become a sort of the important technique which is used by searching gas and oil because of its availability, convenience,celerity and cheapness. Now ignored data processing has been more important in geochemical prospecting since geochemical prospecting is more important in gas and oil prospecting.So data processing becomes a indispensable part of oil and gas geochemical prospecting as important as sample collection and analysis.This paper researches anomaly processing of BTEX data of laser single-molecule detection for marine oil and gas geochemical prospecting by the numbers. Researching anomaly processing of BTEX data can remove disturbed factors, find useful exceptional area information, forecast geochemical anomaly character of marine oil and gas,choose available factors which correspond to marine oil and gas,confirm the system of appraisal factors, make for general appraisal and forecast of marine oil and gas after.This paper bases on the requirement of marine oil and gas prospecting, consult material geologic condition of marine oil and gas, think over conventional mathematical methods of data processing of petroleum geochemical prospecting, according to "the criterion of oil and gas geochemical prospecting" designs a suit of visual processing of geochemical data of laser single-molecule detection for marine oil and gas prospecting on the basis of (IIS and data warehouse. The system of visual processing based on visual technique of GIS is developed with all kinds of softwares, such as MAPX5. 0, DELPHI7. 0, C#. NET2003, FORTRAN POWERSTATION4.0,etc. The procedure of visual processing consists of data pretreatment, background analysis of anomaly, anomaly analysis and graph plotting. Data pretreatment part consists of gridding, contour map drawing, data checking, smooth processing of nine-point, moving average. Background analysis of anomaly part consists of data partition, environmental correction, surface analysis. Anomaly analysis part consists of cluster analysis, factor analysis, correspondence analysis. Graph plotting part consists of histogram, cross section drawing, clustering spectral pattern, 2-dimensinoal factor scattergram. The system of data processing and its program are verified by the BTEX data of 26 indicators about laser single-molecule detection for marine oil and gas geochemical prospecting in middle of Bohai and clarify anomalies with satisfying results. Through practical verification the system of data processing can combine the geochemical data processing of unitary indicator with the geochemical data processing of many indicators organically, finish the visual processing of correspondent result of data processing after every step of processing data, achieve the design goal of the system of data processing and contributes to geochemical data processing, general apprailsal and forecast of marine oil and gasprospecting.
