Using seismic measuring instrument is the most effective means to get the actual measurement of seismic data. However, the data recorded and saved is based on their different data recording formations. Also, the different level of the sender and the receiver, the various construction of the deeper area, making a certain loss of the data.Thus, only a degree of error of seismic data can be collected. So the accuracy can not be guaranteed. Moreover, we can not get our expected result of velocity analysis. All of above make the high-quality seismic data lose their value. The next step of data interpretation is also difficult to carry out.This system is designed by following professional process and using human-computer interaction technology. It uses Fortran and C++ programming language to implement the methods and fomulas of static correction, migration/demigration, CRS overlay and pre-stack Time Migration in order to analyze and process the original data of various types. Users can get the data and images that meet the needs. In addition, the system uses advanced algorithm, such as Simulated Annealing Algorithm and Fast Fourier Transform to optimize the structure of the program, the exchange computing in Space-Area and Time Area, which significantly reduce the data processing time, increase the efficiency of our work; ensure the data quality for follow-up data-processing. Then, integrate the modules by using the process start function that based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 programming environment. Finally, through the testing of the model data and the actual data, the Signal to Noise Ratio has increased from 1 to 2-5. The final images have better resolution and precision than original images, that can meet the professional needs and privode materials that used to do the next analysing work.
