Using vertical slab polycrylamide gel electrophoretic (PAGE), EST, POD and LDH isozyme of ten species of Adelphocoris Reuter from Inner Mongolia were studied on four aspects of different sexes, individuals and geographical populations. Conclusions could be drawn from the study as following:1. The results of electrophoretic zymogram and cluster showed that the zymogram of EST is clear, variform and stable. There are considerable differences of EST isozyme among the different species. Varieties exist also among the different sexes, individuals, and populations of the same species, but much smaller than that in species level. The EST isozyme traits could be used to identify the species of Adelphocoris Reuter.2. The data from zymogram (EST bands and their Rf) are transferred into bimorphic characteristic data. A data matrix is established based on the data and calculated by phylogenetic analysis software package WinClada 1.00.04, and then phylogenetic trees of ten species are maped. It is further proved that the character of EST zymogram is a reliable base of classification of Adelphocoris Reuter. The cladogram showedphylogenetic relationship among the 10 species as (A.ponghvariensis, A.lineolatus ) ( ( A.ferrugineus , A.reicheli, A.quadripunctatus )(A.melanocephalus, A.tenebrosus, A.fasciaticollis, A.triannulatus. A.obliquefasciatus ))3. Band of the FOD zymogram is less and their activity weaker than that of EST. Considerable differences showed between different sexes of the same species. During the trial, some conditions such as temperature and light are highly requested. The facts showed that weather POD could appraise the classification of Adelphocoris Reuter should be further confirmed.4. Activity of LDH is the most weak. LDH zymogram is very similar to each in different individuals and different species, so it can not be used to distinguish the different sexes and speciesof the Adelphocoris Reuter.
