Jatropha curcas L. is a member of the family Euphorbiaceae. The explants of this plant (hypocotyls, blades and petioles) are used for the test on BA with MS and IBA. The second expanding leaves from top exhibited higher regeneration potentiality than the third leaves, and the induction of shoot bud is recorded highest on MS medium with 0.5 mg/L BA + 1 mg/L IBA .The same BA concentration but reduced IBA concentration proved effective in callus mediated regeneration from hypocotyls. The petioles required lower concentrations of the two growth regulators (0.1 mg/L BA + 0.1 mg/L IBA). Regenerated shoots could be rooted on the growth regulator-free MS medium. Following simple hardening procedures, the regenerated plant could be transferred to soil and grew to maturity in the field. We established a fast, abundant, and persistent track for obtaining plant regeneration.Analysis of variance can improve the dependability of analyzing the result. In induction of callus from the hypocotyls of Jatropha curcas L., as the result of two-factors analysis of variance, it shows that hormone IBA is a main effect, and the interaction of BA with IBA and hormone BA both didn't achieve level of different markedness. It has proved that raising the concentration of IBA produces more effect for induction callusfrom hypocotyls according to Biostatistics. And the change of the concentration of BA takes less effect than IBA.Accompany with fast and fierce development of the technology of artificial intelligence, database, and multimedia data processing. An information environment of network and numerical are accelerated coming into being. Sichuan is one of places that have the most plentiful species of plants in China. It is estimated that there are ten thousand high plants. Using the database technique and the Internet technique on managing medicinal plants, we can inquire about information of medicinal plants on network in the worldwide, and the resource sharing can be realized.
