Agrobacteriun-mediated Lat52-DTA Gene Transfer Into Arabidopsis Thaliana

using Agrobacteria-mediated vacuum infiltratior1 method, the transgenic plants of Arabidopsis thaliana are got, which makes the base for the study on the interaction between vegetative cell and generative cell. Anther-specific promoter Lat52 was used to construct a chimeric gene with DTA gene,the chimeric gene was cloned into the expressed plasmid pGA987.Using .the recombination plasmid, we transfer Arabidopsis thaliana by Agrobacteria- mediated vacuum infiltration method. 103 plants are proved to be resistant plant by the antibiotic resistance assay. The identification by PCR through the Lat52-specific primer showed that we got 4 transgenic plants of Arabidopsis thaliana.the molecular analysis and the interaction between vegetative cell and generative cell is under study.
