| In view of the Open Complex Giant System (OCGS), Tsien Hsue-shen combined his long period theory exploration and practical experience, and the scientific background of vigorous development of information technology under the fifth industrial revolution to advance Meta-Synthesis method in which the Meta-Synthesis thoughts is theoretical abstract and improvement. The dissertation starts from investigating and analyzing the basic circumstance of learning and working practice of Tsien Hsue-shen. The development of global system science from the middle of 20th century and the background of the complexity investigation in later stage reveal the origin of emerging of Tsien Hsue-shen's Meta-Synthesis thoughts, settles three historical key points in naming the methods of Meta-Synthesis, advances three practical features of Meta-Synthesis thoughts which are information sharing, flexible organization and dialectical process. Besides, analyzing the practical feature of Meta-Synthesis thinking which is the model of man-machine hybrid systems in Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering (HWMSE). Discussing the application of Meta-Synthesis thinking in military equipment system, which mainly compare Meta-Synthesis with System of Systems, and to analyze and investigate C~4ISR from the angle of Meta-Synthesis. Based on the investigation mentioned above and combines with the basic theory of military equipment meta-synthesis to find out four inspirations of construction of military equipment meta-synthesis. |
