Clerk job-hopping has great effects to staff himself and service company. In this article the clerk job-hopping problem will be researched from the standpoint of staffs and companies respectively with the game theory.For the staffs, they can be divided into two classes-the strong and the weak, according to their ability to work. By established the payoff matrix and replicator equation, the game theory model was established, and then the evolution of the model was analyzed, we can draw a conclusion that the talented employee prefers to choose job-hopping, while the general one would keep the work in the long term.For the companies, in order to reduce the frequent phenomenon of job-hopping, we establish the company and it's employee's phase diagram. If the company want to retain it's staff, the diagram can lovely give the method: (1) Increasing staff welfare, salaries gradually; (2) Increasing the penalty for job-hopping staff; (3) Controlling the number of cultivating the company core technology, lest clerk job-hopping causes technology outside leakage.
